Livewire needs a live eHelp function. Like instead of filling out a thing or posting in serious forms make an instant messenger like thing for LiveWire and make it connect to the first Support Leader on. Or the Support Leaders gets a message in the inbox that says assistance required.

Hmmm.  It's not a bad suggestion, although it would definitely need an "available now" feature that could be turned on and off.

Although Im usually happy to help, there are times when I'm on here to blow off steam or forget stuff, and just can't help.  I wouldnt want to be messaged all the time.

Interesting concept.
