If an individual wins a contest or two or ten, it shows in their profile?

Example:

Dictionary Contest : 1st place
Photography Contest : 3rd place

And please dont flame it.  Its just a question.

I think it is something davjs would have to see and think, "aHA!"

I'm just surprised that no one tried it before.  Or has someone suggested it?  I'm really not that original.

I don't think this has really been suggested before. Though it does seem like something david would be into.

To get the idea in his head you could send him a message, though with our admin it's all a bit of a mystery...

When people blasted me for sending him a message, this is what I was talking about.  I provided a link to this topic also.  With the support of moderators, I thought he would listen more.  It still hasn't been read yet.

Maybe making a separate contest page in the profile.

Or 'most recent 3 (random number)' with link to a full page.

It is a strange sensation to come into this forum and read an idea that isn't terrible. I'm not quite sure how to handle it.

Well, how does the ball get to rolling?  What can you do personally?

Ok.  So you're a mod with power.  Can you make this happen?

That would be ideal. Either that or place it under the "Points" tab.

  Indeed.

Put it under the point section, and have it say "Official Contests". That would show how many points they have won from contests. Then, in a similar fashion to the "[ Learn More ]" that is next to some of the options have a "[ Show Won Contests ]" or something like that. Then it would reveal all the contests they won, and how many points each one was for.

That sounds actually pretty good. But will it happen? Probably not. I was reaching.

Davjs never really makes these things happen.

Only if it promotes growth of the website.
