Since not a whole lot of people are in the position to help someone with web design/tech stuff, you don't get a huge number of replies and you certainly don't get them fast. This would be a way to make sure the people who DO know what they're talking about see your topic and possibly help. Otherwise you're either just hoping one of the few with knowledge is online and sees your very topic, or you're going through the list of online tech SLs messaging them individually which is a royal pain in the ass.

Nice idea, but getting messages from every member that makes a Tech support topic looking for help doesn't sound very good in practice.
Maybe you guys could have an extra inbox (under ehelp) just for this kind of stuff, so you don't feel like you HAVE to check it and respond?
