Generally the still beeping ones are addressed first.

So is this the proper way to do it now? I have honestly thought about doing this. But wasn't sure. I mean, it's not official, but it seems practical, doesn't it?But it would make the reply say that it's fully answered, with two replies, so they wouldn't get other responses. I tend to look at eHelps regardless of whether they are new or not to see if there is anything I can add. Am I the only one who does this?

Replying to the written feedback is a bad idea, imo. 1 Not all members catch on to this. 2. It would be nice if there was a way they could stay anonymous. Then make it so they can anonymously message us from the eHelp center. If I posted an eHelp anonymously and someone wrote back to the feedback I gave them, I'd be really pissed. That's not what I was asking about, I was asking often the members use it to continue the problem. My recent example someone said "Maybe I should take a step back and see the bigger picture, but then what?" because it was anon the conversation ended there, thus I can't help anymore. You could copy that question, paste it into an eHelp reply, and then answer from there?

That's what I've done if I've ever been in that situation. Seen other SLs doing the same thing too.
I don't think that we really need to reply to what is said in the message via another message, when replying to the eHelp again works fine.

If you file and E-help anonymously, you don't receive a message, so I don't know what you're asking. If somebody posts one anonymously, and then they respond with the feedback thingy to your eHelp, there's no way of contacting them to keep the conversation going. Yeah...? Who says they want it to keep going?
