- It hides the URL of the site we're visiting.
- It breaks any link that contains an ampersand.
- The "# messages" notifier is useless because the frame is static.
- The "url" parameter isn't sanitized.

Just remove it. Everybody hates frames.

Also, if you click it, there is no way to get rid of it mid browsing.  All you can do is return to Livewire.

From a marketing stand point it is used to keep the user very close to the site at all times.

If it bothers you enough, open a new tab or window (takes the same amount of effort).
