Frankly, as it is right now, TSLs are kind of pointless. It's a really good idea, but there jsut isn't anything to it.  Seems as though it's mostly there for people to get the job of support leader. Few seem to actually do much of anything.

I think for the idea to have a purpose, TSLs should either have more seniority over the tech forums, or have some sort of tech e-help.
