to the top of the fresh topics list.

i find that not many people actually browse through individual forums anymore.

so the topics that are interesting and people actually enjoy and reply to keep their rightful spot in the most visible area of the site.

cause i mean, even in the individual forums everytime a topic gets a reply it gets bumped back to the top so that people will notice it.  it should be the same pour the fresh topics list.

IMHO anyways.

That would kick topics out of fresh topics really fast and have others stay there for a long time.

Quite a few people do browse the forums: it's generally in high-traffic forums like DTRM where topics don't get many replies when they're out of fresh topics.

I say no.

Topics needing supportive replies would leave the fresh topics list far too fast.  And besides, people would write 'BUMP' on all the topics.

no one gives a shit about the topics requiring support. if anyone actually wants to reply to those they can browse the emo forums.

once the topics are off the fresh topic list they wouldn't be bumpable.
