Should I confide in my best guy friend?
I think I can trust him with my secrets.

I want to tell him about how I was abused when I was little and how my stepdad molested me and how I have an eating disorder and how i attempted suicide and was put in a mental hospiatl.
I guess i'm fine taking the safe route and just talking about it on livewire, but I'm not sure how he'd react. i havent told ANYONE aside from my counselor about this stuff, so i'm kinda scared. i dont know if its worth it. like i'm not sure if there would be a point to telling him.

if yes...do i have to do it in person? or can it be on aim or text?

If you do decide to confide in your friend which I believe is the best thing to do I recommend that you do it in person. It's definitely easier that way, and you'll find yourself being more brutally honest about the things currently going on in your life.

i'd do it in person.
i've done the same...
i've only told two people though
and i've never resorted to counseling.
