I have 3 or 4 friends that I've known for years now, and they're nice and all but super-immature. Like, it just gets on my nerves. We're seniors in high school now, and acting like a bunch of obnoxious freshmen is just annoying.

I'm thinking of maybe backing off from them for a few days and trying to hang around with my other friends who don't feel the need to make stupid sexual references out of everything said. Or stick things down their pants...

I know what you mean- some of my friends are the same way! Don't let it bother you though, there's no reason to be in a hurry to grow up. This is your last year as a kid! Take advantage of it!
I know what you mean about it not being funny anymore, it just gets ridiculously annoying. In such cases, as you said you should just hang around your more mature friends.

go get some serious friends like yourself then, cause you're obviously not a good enough friend to accept their childlikeness, and that isnt even a bad thing, u just make it seem like it is

Doesn't sound like they're true friends.

stop trying so hard to be mature when you know its the time to be immature

I'm not trying, I used to be immature back when I was like...14 but now I just don't find that stuff funny anymore.

Haha it's good to have a balance though. Those types of friends will keep you fun.
Just try to keep friendships all over the place.
This allows you to be immature and mature, at different times.
