do any of you know were i can get emancipation forms? Like the ones that your parents mutually sign for you. And if i can download them that would be best thanks

my dad said we would allow me to be emancipated. But i dont know how to go about doing it

you don't have to go to court, my friend downloaded it a while ago when i was considering it...just google or dogpile it...good luck...

You have to go to court to do that and your parents will have to pay about $53.00 or you will pay it but its a proccess so don't expect it to be a quicky

idk if they have them online i think u have to go to a court house or suttin or if u find them online mayb u can get them mailed to u.

It's not really just a form.  I think that there's a whole proceeding that goes along with it.
