So my best friend has a boyfriend. I'm really happy for her, but she pretty much ditches me all the time for him.

For example:

Her and I were planning on going to the movies, just us. On that day I called her to ask her what time she wants me to pick her up, she tells me that her boyfriend asked her to go to the movies earlier that day and she has to cancel.

Whenever she hangs out with me and her boyfriend, she clings to him and acts like I'm not even there. And when its just me and her, she becomes a total bitch towards me and complains on how she wants her boyfriend.

It makes me so upset that she treats me like this.

Well, it's not surprising. A lot of girls and even guys begin acting like this when they get a significant other. They do need to make time for them--alot of time at that--but they rarely know how to manage it, resulting in incidents like this. However, your friends just sounds obsessed and overly clingy if she complains that she just wants to be with her boyfriend all the time. The relationship won't last.
