My best friend got grounded for two weeks. My 16th birthday party is this Saturday. She's grounded because of failing one class, an elective at that. What would you do if you were in this situation?

I can't postpone the party. It's in a hall, and everything.

Postpone the party.

Edit: or, if her parents like you, talk to them and beg them to let her come just to your party.
