I need some advice. Two of my best friends hate each other and both of them keep telling me everything they hate about the other. My absolute best friend forever, like a sister to me, and I'd do anything for her, says that my other friend is fake and a liar and a backstabber and all that. And I have never seen her be any of that. And the other friend I haven't been friends with for that long, but we are still very close says that my best friend is opinionated and stupid and too clingy. And she is opinionated but why is that a crime? But she's not stupid or too clingy. And I love them both and don't want to lose either. But I don't know how to fix this.

That's a sticky situation. Maybe explain to them both that you want to stay friend with them both and to keep their issues within their own time, not yours. You don't need to sit around and listen to bullshit about the other. You can be friends with both, there's nothing wrong in that.

basically what they said.

Explain to your friends that u care about them both but you dont want to get involved, and tell them they need to figure this stuff out on there own.

Honestly, I don't think you can do anything. Most of the time peoples friends are always like that. If you really want them to get alonng so they don't keep pulling on you, I can say taht you have to get teh mt talk to each other. Or, you tell them that you feel weird having them talk abbout the other everytime you're with them.
