Losing my grandfather was one of the hardest things I've ever gone through; I experienced so much regret, hate, shame, sadness, fear. I still fear the next day I may lose someone. But we will never deal with it as well if we don't accept the fact that everyone has their day, and hopefully they are in a better place now. It will one day be okay again.
