I know I probably sound like I'm just rambling, but I am being driven out of my mind.

I'm the baby of my family, and I am being pushed to the limit. My mother does NOT want me to have any freedom. She doesn't want me going off to school, she doesn't want me dating, she doesn't want me going anywhere alone, etc, etc. If I were a minor it could be understood.

But I'm an ADULT. She can't keep trying to keep me in this "bubble".

And it makes no sense whatsoever. Because for one thing, she's always let my oldest brother get by with way more than I was ever allowed, but she wants him to date and be out of his own and whatnot.

Is this just in my head or what?

No its not in your head. I was in the same situation before  turned 18 (except for the fact that you are already an adult) And when i turned 18 I had to just let me mommy know that things werent going to fly like that anymore.

My advice: Will talking one on one with her help? If not, maybe you should move out on your own.
