She knows how to push the exact buttons to get me to "meltdown" and make a fool out of myself infront of everyone. On top of that she has been making me hurt from the inside by saying ALOT of negative things about me. My insecurities she exploits. I want to know A) How do i control my anger better? B) How do I make it so that whatevers she says won't hurt me?
