It was kinda long, and anonymous, how long will it take to get a reply. It was prolly 8 or 9 paragraphs and it has been like 20 minutes since i sent it

It could be a few days. I'd say wait a day or so. SLs usually only reply to eHelp when they know they've got a well thought out response, and have the time to think it through and type it coherently. Also, not all SLs help out at eHelp.

It varies.  Sadly, though, even still a reply is not guaranteed.  It could be days, could be hours, could be not at all.  Everyone can't be helped, unfortunately.

However, if you post on the forums, usually you will get a few helpful responses, so that might be a good resort for you if you're comfortable doing so.

well if it was real long, it takes time for the eHelpers to read it and write out a sincere reply, so just be patient and you'll get some help from them

ive had some not respond for 12 hours and get responses from it like 3 days later
