so i was friends with this girl since we were very little, we were best friends and they were some of the best years of my life. it ended badly, i won't go into detail. but she still has pictures of me at home an stuff, she's fine about the whole thing, not desperate to be friends again but she's not against it either. how the hell do i be fine about it? she hurt me a lot. its just really tainted those memory's an i cant look at pictures of us as kids without being pissed off or upset. is possible for this to change? do i just need more time? its been 2 years

i think, depending on the situation of course, that maybe you need to move on from that incident. 2 years is more than enough time to forgive and forget about petty teenage problems-- unless it was actually something important. Give it a try.
