Dats sum crazy DP :crazy:[/quote] FAQ Keyword Search: Post Options Favorites Manager Notify me of new replies to this topic by email Notify me of new replies to this topic by private message Original Post Tiffany Lynn Posted at 8:48 am on Dec. 7, 2008 Okay, my sister got pregnant a while back and she always lied about where she was going so she could go stay at her boyfriends house, my mom always knew where she was going so did my dad, but she still lied about it and got to go, Im telling my parents the truth about where im going and where i wanna stay the night at and all because she got pregnant i cant do nothing, i get treated so wrong, they say the trust me, but everytime i ask to spend the night they're like no and im like thats fucked up because you let my sister do it all the time and they mention after i say that, well your sister couldnt of gotten pregnant-er than she already was and i was like im not gonna get pregnant, but they tell me they trust me all the time, they dont i know it, but im getting treated so so wrong and if i ever did get pregnant i still wouldnt be able to do anything, do you think its fucked up? Like seriously?               and is there anything i could say to change their minds? I just feel like im being locked down for her mistake and i hate it so badly, at least im telling the truth about it.

Replies MilesSoftball Posted at 12:24 pm on Dec. 7, 2008 Thats how my mom is with me. My sister used to be into drugs a few years back, and my mom used to let her do alot of stuff. Now I dont get to do anything because she trhinksI'll end up like her. But the thing is, my sister is an amazing person now that she's clean. I think parents see how their one child is, and doesn't want the second to go through all the trouble. So there stricter, while they don't take into consideration that we have no intention of doing the stuff our siblings did BECAUSE we saw the trouble they had to go through. I haven't found any way to persuade her to listen. I'm really sorry about it, but I know exactly how you feel. Eventually, you'll have to fly away, with or without their consent. The sooner you forge a better relationship with them, that will take more than a month -_-, the sooner they'll loosen up a bit. It's all about how much time and patience you are willing to invest.  If you give it 100%, you'll get what you want.  If you fight it, you'll only get what you take away from them...and that will make them feel not so good, happy, and trusting of you.
