My brother is autistic.. sometimes his yelling and screaming can get annoying.. and the days where he does absolutely nothing but sit there with a sad face is also very... difficult to watch. So, I was just wondering if anyone else live with an autistic sibling because uh.. there was someone who I always PM'd here.. I don't know what happened to that person.

Replies amiee Posted at 2:18 pm on Dec. 8, 2008 Not a sibling, although my cousin is autistic to the point where both my aunt and uncle had to give up work to look after him and he won't be able to ever do anything for himself. He can't communicate and things are generally always difficult for the immediate family. I can only understand to a certain degree how difficult it can be living with it constantly - my aunt and uncle have had the hardest time but they're two of the absolute bravest people I know.
