And trust works both ways, believe me. You say they treat you like an asshole. Maybe that's because you act like one? Mostly, parents care. I was raised by my mother and she cared one hellava lot for me. I nursed her till she died. If you begin being reasonable towards yours, then in time, they'll treat you good. Unless you're in a dire situation where they are physically abusing you, then I am wrong and apologise.
