How do you keep a good bod? And don't just say "I run" A full sentence would be nice. Sooo, any links, specific exercises, recommendations on length, anything. Thanks ya'll!!

(p.s. Don't say sex either, I'm 14)

When I do pushups My wrists hurt so much that I have to stop after 15 max. Is that due just to improper form?

I don't really want to be built. Just some definition and tone. I'm not fat, just... soft with a bit of a gut and man boobs.

How long before results do you think?

soccer, i'm pretty sure. and yeah sports help a lot, and running and eating good, you don't have to eat super healthy but don't eat a lot of junk food and stuff

I think the pic of me with cake is giving you the wrong impression. I have cakethree times a year;on my b-day, my bro's b-day, and my mom's b-day.

I don't really eat junk food, and I already eat pretty healthy. The problem is just getting off my lazy butt. I'll check out some side sports.

That was a buttload of cake in hindsight.

I'm not much of a runner. I can barely hack one mile. Wieghts, lucges, crunches, pushups, leg lifts, jumping jacks, stuff like that I can do. Not running.

i happen to be a girl, but for volley ball conditioning. run stairs (flights of them), suicides (running lines), weights, jumping (hundreds of times off and on different things), crunches, push ups, jump rope (like crazy and it will make you sweat)...we do this two hours a morning and two hours an evening for 2 weeks to get in shape, we do this until we puke so i would recommend doing so for less time, if you need specifics tell me.

You've got nice eyes. I think in a year or two your jaw line will fill out, too. You could try weightlifting a little bit maybe. Not get all giantly buff, but you know, put some muscle on. As you age a little bit, probably by 16-17 you'll gain some weight/muscle.
