That's it.  
Im starting a diet tomarrow.
I cant stand this, I gain way too much weight,
and I eat too much.
Any advice on dieting, things that work?
Or excercises?

Walking a mile will burn more fat than running a mile according to a BBC programme.

Eat less, eat more fruit and vegetables, exercise more. Try to find a type of exercise that you ENJOY doing, as you are more likely to keep doing it, and doing it well, if you enjoy it.
