The reason is because they harden when you are aroused/cold etc. It would be different if they went into your breasts Anonymous Posted at 12:08 pm on July 7, 2008 im exactly the same, and im 17. my mum was the same till she breastfed and that sorted them, no surgery required. the test is to pinch your nipple and if they go in rather then out their inverted.
