Well, the title pretty much explains it all. I can't sleep at all, so I'm sitting here bored listening to Saosin. Anyone got any useful methods I can use to fall asleep?

Saosin is not relaxing music. Get up at 7-8 AM EVERYDAY. Try to start winding down relaxing in the evenings, no computer or TV for an hour before you go to bed. Go to bed at 10 or 11. If you need music make it really mellow, slow stuff. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine at night.

I do take a sleeping pill occasionally. If you take them too often (like two nights in a row) they stop working.

well maybe not all of there songs but "Your Not Alone" is a nice song I like to listen to to relax. and yea ill try and do those

Chamomile Tea for in the future.  Also avoiding soda a couple of hours before bed and drinking water will make it easier and you will sleep better.  There is reading a book (the computer does not work nearly as well), and listening to soft music.

Just lay down and listen to your breathing, try to let yourself sink into the bed.  Sometimes a fan or some monotone noise faint in the background helps, like falling asleep on a long road trip.

Yea i have a fan running above me and a lot of times I listen to music as well. Thanks for the advice man, ill try them out and see how they work.

I'm tired but I know if I try to go and lay down, I wont go to sleep, I'll just lay there staring at the ceiling.
