every time i lift a weight, somethingin my arm cracks? and every time i do a sit up, something in my back/pelvis/leg cracks?

cause your about to break buh...no i'm just kiddin that was gay anyway my arms use to pop alot when i would play soft ball i never knew why but its nothin to worrry about
