how come, say after you've lifted weights for so long, and you put them down, then try it without them, its so much faster and easier and so much lighter then before?? does anyone know what imean?

your brain see's it as the same weight so it uses the same amount of muscle fiber that it did before, but since it's a smaller weight it over did it.

means you're used to a heavier weight and not using a weight makes you over-compensate
