i've only eaten once today, and that was oh idk..at 3-4 maybe even 5 oclock. i ate a ham sandwhich with eggs, romain lettuce on whole wheat bread. is that healthy? lol. i'm hungry again... i'm an obessive eater and trying to slow down. i'm not sure what i can eat! we don't really have that much thats TOO healthy here

Yes, u can eat fish =] it contains important oils and its a great source of protein.x

i mean have a sandwich or a normal meal.  your soposed to have 3 meals a day anyways or your matabolism starts to go do, which can cause you to become fat
