I posted the other day about what are the dangers of taking that miralax for a long period of time, and I've been taking it for about 4 days now straight. I take a whole glass of it each morning and so far its worked pretty well I've lost about 10 pounds but its better than nothing. This evening I was using my phone and my stomach starts making this rumbling sound. I don't know if I should quit taking it or not. I'm walking about a mile and a half a day also. Everyones commenting on how i'm loosing weight and keeps asking how i'm doing it. I'm barely eating either I eat like one meal a day and maybe a light snack. So do you think i'm over doing it?  I know I am but I can't stop or i'll start putting weight back on again.

You shouldn't need drugs to lose weight, just exercise daily and make sure you watch what you eat. The only way you can gain weight is if you let yourself gain it.

All you're losing is crap and muscle.

The weight loss is going to slow down and you're going to start eating and be a fatty again.

Exercise, eat properly, and lose weight healthy and quit being a lazy ass. That's how you got fat in the first place.

Neither of the above... if you need to lose weight you should be doing it in a healthy way. If you're eating that little and losing so much weight in a short period of time, it isn't healthy and you're going to gain all the weight back eventually.
