I have poision ivy everywhere. On my legs, my ass, pretty damn close to my vagina, and now i'm starting to get it on my face! Wtf do i do?! I already took a bath and rubbed myself with oatmeal in pannyhoes. And I put baking soda+water on it. What else?!

Don't scratch.
Like in "Rug Rats" Tommy's best friend, which isn't coming to mind right this moment used kitchen gloves on his hands so he doesn't scratch.

just wash it. that way it wont spread any more. and use goldbond or some other anti-itch so you don't end up irritating your skin
Do this
