Every summer break my sleeping hours get all screwed up. I can't go to bed at ten at night anymore and I can't wake up at six in the morning anymore. I sleep later and wake up later.

How can I get my sleeping back to normal for school without using sleeping pills?

Okay, thanks.

Go to bed whenever, but wake up earlier so that way you'll be tired a lot earlier. Do this every night until you get to the time frame you want.

Yeah, I've tried that several times.
It seems to work, but I want more options.

Stay up all night one night. Then you will be tired early and go to bed early.
