| What's your diet like? It's normal to get spots as a teenager but if you're not eating a good diet then that's guaranteed to make it worse. Cut out the junk and eat more fresh fruit and veg. How often do you wash your face? Try doing it twice a day. Do you have hair that goes on your face? Tie or clip it back. Your hair is greasy, even when you've just washed it (and don't worry - it's supposed to be that way!), and having grease dragging over your face will give you spots. Improve your diet and wash well and you should start to see improvement after not too long. |

I suggest you to go see a dermatologist so you could get a prescription for special products that are best for your skin treatment. A doctor is supposed to know what could help you. Also you might consider going to a cosmetologist and get some facial care and stuff. It won't be long lasting but I'm sure cosmetologists see different types of skin every day and they know well what can help with your skin condition. Look for skin care products that help with oily skin. Find a suitable cream for the eye area, preferably with chamomile - that takes the circles off. |

lots of water. You also need lots of nutrients, so eat up on those veggies. Find an oil free moisturiser and moisurise twice a day. Exfoliate once a week. |

Faces masks, nose por thingys, face scrubs, face wipes. Anything. And as for the dark circles around your eyes, you can buy this roll on thingy that makes it go away :) |
