I am trying to lose a little weight.
For a start, I want to lose it fast.
How many calories would be good to eat in a day?

..if i excercise for like 1.5 hours too.

well it depends on what you weight right now, and your age and height. We can't really say what amount you should eat if we dont know anything about your body.

No, you don't want to lose it fast. Trust me, lose it too quickly by doing the wrong things and you'll just end up losing water, not fat. Of which you will gain back again after you relax on the diet.

Slowly and healthily is the best way. Incorporate a glass of 1% milk in, if you can, and check with a nutritionist to see which plan would be the best for you.

The best thing you can do is just not count calories.  You really shouldn't have to do that.

Just eat 2-3 meals a day, avoid snacking all together, unless it's fruit or something healthy.  And when you eat, eat really slow.  You'll find that you get full faster.
