I don't have a membership to a gym. But I can do this at home. Is this a good workout.

100 pushups
40 pull ups
250 reps of ab workouts
Some sprints in my backyard.

It's alright. You really need to do a lot more cardio. Run in your neighborhood or something :)

Yes, just make sure you have enough protein. Perhaps you should try a multivitamin to so your muscles will have enough nutrients.

Sounds good to me. Just dnt over work yourself. AND drink plenty of water.
