ok so i know what it is sorta, and i goggled it many times but none of the sites really helped me with the questions i have (so plz don't tell em to search it up this site is for people who want advice and stuff so if u don't know plz just say so or don't post)

so what exactly are the symptoms?

am i really at a higher risk for it cause I'm a teen girl?

what are the risks, like what will happen if it goes
untreated?

how do you fix it?

what causes it?

the symptoms I'm feeling are:
very intense headache's, dizziness and frequently passing out, fatigue, very bad stomach pains that will go on for a day or two then just stop (i know its not cramps), I'm really hungry but eating makes me feel even sicker(like I'm going to puke every time), my body feels ice cold but my head feels like its burning up but everyones saying i don't have a fever, extremely tired during the day and yet unable to sleep.

I'm kinda scared about it cause i feel like shit all the time and i cant fix it with pain killers so ya plz if you have any tips just post it...

plz and thank you.

Talk to your doctor.

Good Luck =)

Go to the doctor if you're too worried...? Anaemia can be a serious thing.

Headaches, dizziness, passing out and fatigue can be signs of iron deficiency. But even if they weren't, you should definitely see a doctor, it could be something far more serious than that.

If you think you may honestly have a problem talk to your parents or a school nurse and see if you can get a doctors appointment set up.
