Okay so I used to be a swimmer and I would practice 8 times a week, probably burning upwards of 2000 daily calories from exercise alone. During that time I struggled with an eating disorder so I was only consuming 800 calories worth of food each day.

Since then I have decided to quit swimming. I now eat around 1000 calories a day and I burn around 500 through exercise. Will I still continue to lose weight, or will my weight start to go up since I'm burning less, considering what I'm eating?
