tomorrow i have an appointment with my nutritionist. if i haven't gained weight, she's going to make me stop exercising for awhile and this would literally make me go out of my mind b/c exercise is a huge stress reliever for me.

how much do i need to drink to make it APPEAR as though i've gained around 4 pounds

Drink fizzy drinks, melted chocolate in pancakes, eat a little more per meal so you feel really full, add sugar to sereals, add plenty of sauce etc.
