Truth. But don't do it. It will eventually catch up to you. Just eat a lot of veggies (no carrots) and granola bars. Granola gives you a lot of energy which will help you in exercising. |

Eat healthy foods you dumbass; fruits, veggies, natural stuff. No meats, no white refined carbs, no useless sugar, etc. Being healthy is so simple. |

| Fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grains. Eat three meals a day, cut down on snacking (and if you really need to snack, have something healthy like an apple), drink a ton of water, exercise |
