Okay I want to lose ten pounds fast. My question is, what kinds of foods can I eat in order to lose weight? I've tried eating under 600 calories a day and it's not really helping...

But don't do it. It will eventually catch up to you.
Just eat a lot of veggies (no carrots) and granola bars. Granola gives you a lot of energy which will help you in exercising.

Eat healthy foods you dumbass; fruits, veggies, natural stuff.
No meats, no white refined carbs, no useless sugar, etc.

Being healthy  is so simple.

Fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grains. Eat three meals a day, cut down on snacking (and if you really need to snack, have something healthy like an apple), drink a ton of water, exercise

There's the mapel syrup diet, apparently you loose weight super fast.

But you could only do it for about 4-6 days.
