Don't answer if you are going to say something stupid

About when I stared high school my body started changing which I know is normal except that during I have been having pee accidents. They are only a little but happen the whole day.

Does anyone have the same problem?

That's why girls use tampons or pads when they have their period.

I don't get how that's relevant .. =( ?

She could use them for her problem.

I have already been to the doctor and she showed me some exercises and told me to wear panty liners. The exercises helped but I don't wear lines because they are too uncomfortable

if you get the really really thin panty liners they shouldn't be uncomfortable. I wear them when i'm on my period even if i have a tampon in for backup and i forget they're even there.

I take it she told you to do something like kegel exercises?

It's good that you've been to the doctor, and if it's just a matter of needing to strengthen those muscles, then the exercises really will help.  But if you find that it's getting worse, or that it still hasn't gone away completely if you stick to your exercise, then you may want to ask again.

And in terms of panty liners... as long as you feel comfortable with out them, then that's your call.  They may be uncomfortable, but for me, I would be too paranoid all the time to not wear one...

But there are alot of really, really tiny panty liners that you may find aren't so bad :)

It may be something like urinary incontinence.  Basically, you have trouble holding it in, or it comes out on it's own sometimes.

I would definitely talk to a doctor about this to see if it's just something with age that will change, or if they would like to look more into it to see if there's something that they may be able to do to help it.

But urinary incontinence is basically like a lack of certain muscles.  So I would definitely consider talking to someone about it, just to make sure it's ok.  And also, so that you don't have to worry about random accidents or something in a public place.  But for now, if it bothers you, just wear a pantyliner.

You should go to the doctors or if you want to take matters into your own hands use Tenner Lady for women with dodgy bladders.

It could be discharge..
Try using a pantliner or whatever.

If It really worries you and you want to get it checked out then go to the doctor.

No it really isn't why they use them.

OP - It sounds as if you may be incontinent or something, you should definatly go to a doctor.
