| losing weight should not be you goal (unles you are seriously overweight). you might actually gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat. try to tone up, not JUST loose weight |

I beg to differ...most times people think they are eating healthy when they are really not. I bet your diet is carb laden. So many people are uneducated when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Quite sad,really. |

| ya btw the reason why your are not losing weight (but may be gaining) is cuz your FAT IS TURNING INTO MUSCLE!!!! Gosh come on! If you want to lose weight eat a LITTLE ( enfases on the little) and walk. If you want to gain the muscle RUN. Comprende? |
