when you got on meds or whatever to help you, did you feel noticably less tired in the beginning or did it take a while?

it took a while for me. once the iron tablets kicked in i was feeling soooo much better, it took a few weeks though,

Iron deficiency anemia here. I take iron supplements to treat it, but that only does so much.
