Im working out like crazy at the moment, running, rowing cycling and so on, so far im seeing results in my mid section but my arse isn't getting and smaller.

Whats the best way to lose weight in your arse and legs cause those are my trouble spots!

How long do you think it'll take? Im doing all the exercises mentioned above but im only noticing results in my mid section, i always seem to be very slow about losing weight from my bottom half so im real worried i'll end up with a tiny waist and an even bigger looking bum!

lose moreweight. if you do most of those exercises listed above then there is a chance that your ass will actually get bigger instead of smaller. this isbecause the muscle will grow underneath the fat, pushing the fat out even further.
