How long do you think it'll take? Im doing all the exercises mentioned above but im only noticing results in my mid section, i always seem to be very slow about losing weight from my bottom half so im real worried i'll end up with a tiny waist and an even bigger looking bum! |

| lose moreweight. if you do most of those exercises listed above then there is a chance that your ass will actually get bigger instead of smaller. this isbecause the muscle will grow underneath the fat, pushing the fat out even further. |
