| Your weight doesn't matter - it's whether you're healthy or not which counts. Don't judge your healthiness on how much you weigh - it leads to an obsession with the scales. If you're eating healthily and exercising, you'll soon notice the difference, even if the scales tell you otherwise. |

| dont focus on losing fat, focus on lowering your body fat percentage, its more important if you want you body to look good |

Yeah but normally i would lose about 4lbs doing that amount of working out and that should be similar even with muscle gain, i mean how much muscle do you have to gain to not lose a single pound? Im really pissed about it cause now im obsessing over what i must be doing wrong and i don't want to eat less than i am and i dont want to add more exercise......i should be doing more that enough |
