My best friends mom lost all of her reproductive organs because of this. Researching it on my own, I have come up with that chances are it will happen again and it will get worse.
I have to wait and see if the latest prescription works to get the poisonous fluid out of my pelvic region - which will be at least a week.
The pain is almost unbearable.
I'm so scared. And I don't know what to do. My family doesn't understand it and doesn't show much care. On the other hand, my boyfriend and best friend are on edge, hoping I don't get any worse.
Ugh, I feel so overwhelmed right now.
Has anyone else had this???? Can anyone who knows about it talk to me?
i had that EXACT problem last summer. i was in the hospital for a week and had to get tons of blood tests and all this other non sense and i guess the cyst was the size of a grapefruit. im not tryin to scare ya but i know how bad it hurts. my cyst is gone now because of the med i was put on, occasionally they to come and go though. if they get really big you can get surgery done to remove it if it doesnt leave by itself. im fine though now. your doctor can put you on birth control pills too to help prevent them from coming. go to the doctors and tell them whats going on and they can ake it from there. if you have any other questions in here for ya

My doctors are assholes and I really don't think they care. I don't have good insurance which means they don't get much money when they care for me and so they don't care.

As far as I know, simple ovarian cysts are a normal part of the menstrual cycle. Sometimes they become more complex, and that means dangerous. And that's what happened here.

Darn. I don't even know what to say to that.
I'll ask her if you like. I hope you get better, it would be terrible if it gets worse and you end up unable to get pregnant... let alone how painful it must be.
