i've been dieting the past two months and i've been doing good balancing healthy eating and exercising. well i took a break for a day and today i went to workout with my mom for a bit. i didn't even last 10 minutes when my chest felt like it was tightening and i couldn't breath and i had to stop and lay down. and i felt like i was going to puke. i have been eating normally, if anything, due to my period, i've been having cravings. the only different things i've been doing is i take benadryl to help me sleep, even though i still wont go to bed til 3am. does anyone know what this is and why? my chest stills hurts a bit, too.

Benadryl has been banned in some countries for being a Cancer agent.

It's not exactly normal, it could mean a ton of different things. If it happens again I would consider giving the doctor a visit.

go to the doctor. stop taking benadryl to sleep. tell them about your sleeplessness and chest pain.
