I have new pain meds that made it possible for me to swim today, which was nice. Because of my injury I haven't been able to. I'm actually coaching a freshman. She improved a lot, even today. I can't wait to keep working with her.
On top of the stress of worrying about my back, I've fallen behind in school. And my teachers act like it's my fault. They're giving me a ton of shit about being absent a lot. I am SO close to just snapping and telling them that I'm in a lot of fucking pain, and if they have a problem with it, they can just shove it up their asses.
All of this stress is making my back worse. Are there any ways to help relieve some of it?

Gaelic, just do something lax that you enjoy. Try drawing, organizing your music library, watching funny movies, etc.
Not only that, my coach has a HUGE no drugs policy. I would never risk my spot on the team for something as pointless as getting high.
I just listen to the loudest most obnoxious music I can.
that just gives you a headache.
good luck to ya mate,
cheers!
This. Seriously. It will relieve stress and make your back feel better. :)
