| You need to stretch more and drink more water. See a doctor if it lasts... You could have restless leg syndrome. I have something similar to that. I have to take muscle relaxants before I go to bed. |

| Yeah. They're horrible. They last anywhere from a minute to five, and they hurt like no other. My mom told me to eat more bananas. :/ |

| Maybe your not stretching before being active in sports and stuff. And maybe stretch before bed or something. |
