well I have to lose ten pounds by november 28
so I really need some help
and please don't say I am too skinny or whatever because I really need answers and I really need to get all this fat off my body
For starters I am 105 unds right now
I have school five days a week with tons of hw which may limit excersize time
now I eat around 600- 800 calories but zI think healthier might be more effective
soo I'd really appericiate a plan to lose the weight thanks
