you really need to go join a gym and start lifting weights, too.
There's different ways to do them too.
Flying monkeys and bicycles do well too.
Get one of those exercising balls. The huge inflatable ones?

and biceps ARE NOT the muscle that makes your arms look big, its the tricep muscle. Do the following weight routines throughout the week
Squats Deadlifts Lunges Bench press barbell curls Tricep extension/pulldowns
add some sit ups and you should see progress. and eat like your a starving african kid, you need all the food you can get
